I've never seen an email stating what resolution was best for viewing it. Seems a little silly. Next thing they'll be telling me it's best viewed with Netscape 4.0

A very, merry unbirthday.

It was my student Mindy's birthday today, so she gave me a present. What a novel idea.

Customer support should always be this good.

After being a little miffed at the customer support two days ago, they simply offered to phone me.

I was asleep the first time they called (they're exactly opposite timewise). The second time the issue was resolved in a few minutes.

Outing to Mashagou

We got up for breakfast this morning then set out for Mashagou by the coast.

Mashagou was a seaside play area and has fallen into disrepair. This is probably because the beach has become dirtier over time, but who knows.

Luckily the water park is not the only thing there.

The area itself is situated around a fishing harbor that also has a big boat factory. The outer walls would give a good view of the sea, but we went out on the inner walls.

We then wandered around the docks, put our feet in the water, then headed home, not forgetting the obligatory ice-cream break on the way back.

Is it just a natural instinct for kids to bite from the bottom of the cone?
